Team Building & Development Programs
The staff at Team Quest will custom design a program to meet the needs and goals of your team, incorporating a variety of activities and opportunities meant to engage & entertain your group members. Using an experiential learning model, group members will have an opportunity to participate in an experience, reflect on that experience through facilitated discussions, and then take that knowledge and apply it not only to the current task, but to the situations they encounter within their larger organization or group setting.
Program Locations
Our team can work with you to secure an amazing location for your event or can meet your group in a pre-existing location based on your planned event. We partner with various venues and facilities, parks, conference centers, resorts and destination locations to create memorable experiences your team will not soon forget.
Live Entertainment
If you are looking for live music entertainment to cap off your event we do that too! Our team works with a variety of artists from local indie musicians to national touring acts to secure the perfect entertainment for your event. Whether you are looking for a solo artist to play during dinner / happy hour or a full band to rock the house, we have you covered. Sample Program Options
Team Challenge
Your team will work together in small groups to complete a series of challenges designed to enhance communication, cooperation, trust, relationship building and team development while engaging each other to solve increasingly complex tasks.
Recommended Timeframe: 2-3 hours
Communication 101
Participants work to complete activities and challenges designed to promote and enhance effective group communication. During the process, we will utilize an experiential learning model to reflect on and discuss themes around relationship building (networking), team development, and leadership as they arise throughout the group experience.
Recommended Timeframe:
Level One: 1-2 hours
Level Two: 1-2 hours
*Levels One & Two may be combined to form an extended session or utilized in a series such as a lunch & learn.
*This program can be designed as a "train the trainer" type program for groups of staff looking to bring these tools back to a larger unit. This program type can be paired with a facilitation kit that includes all activity materials and props used during the program that stays with the group to utilize with others.
Rhythmic Connections
March to the beat of your own drum during this hands on drumming experience! Participants will have an opportunity to try their hand at a variety of drums and percussive instruments in this immersive community drumming session, while engaging in a variety of experiential activities woven throughout.
Recommended Timeframe: 1-2 hours
Urban Adventures
Teams will converge on the local urban landscape to find a series of checkpoints and landmarks using provided clues and a custom map completing mini-challenges along the way. Learn about your team-mates as well as the local area as you immerse yourself in this urban adventure experience.
Recommended Timeframe: 2-3 hours
Program add-on's may include food / drinks or merchandise from local venues along the way based on clients interest & budget.
Ultimate Lawn Games
Teams will work together in small groups to engage each other in a variety of lawn games and tests of skill. Earn points at each station towards the final score to see who is the ultimate lawn gamer!
Recommended Timeframe:1-2 hours
Virtual Escape Room
Engage your staff with our virtual escape rooms! With a focus on cooperative problem solving and relationship building, our staff will guide your team through a variety of puzzles and tasks with the end goal being to "escape" the virtual "room" we have designed for you!
Recommended Timeframe: 1-2 hours
